About this recording

Ken Wood discusses the history of football in Caithness from the 1880s onwards and his own involvement in it since the 1970s, from being secretary of the county football association and helping to organise the Highland Amateur Cup to his many roles at Wick Academy FC including programme editor, match reporter and stadium announcer. Ken is a retired teacher who taught languages at Wick High School for many years.
